The main point I’d like you to take from this point is that confidence is not needed to do a boudoir session; confidence comes from booking yourself a boudoir session. It’s the act of putting yourself first that makes you feel more empowered and confident.
As women, we are taught to behave. While some of us straight up reject that mentality, many of us internalize it and have a hard time letting loose. I think this really is something we need to un-learn. Because, I'm sorry (not sorry), but what society tells us is “perfect” is friggin boring to me.
