There isn't a set curriculum here, because chances are you don't need help with *everything.*
Maybe you want to get better at posing and directing clients. Maybe you're struggling with lighting, editing, pricing, sales, marketing, client experience—or figuring out why the thing you're doing isn't working the way you thought it would.
That's what mentorship with me is for.
I've been a photographer for 15+ years and have spent the last decade building La Femme Boudoir. I've learned a lot by doing things well, doing things badly, changing my mind, experimenting, and figuring out what actually works for me and my clients.
Our time together is built around you. Bring me your questions, your work, your business, your sticking points, or the thing you keep Googling at midnight, and we'll dig into it together.
No big "transformative journey."
Just practical, one-on-one help from someone who's been doing this for a long time and is happy to show you what I know.
WHAT CAN WE WORK ON?
Honestly, pretty much whatever you're stuck on.
Mentorship isn't one-size-fits-all, and I'm not going to make you sit through things you already know just to get to the part you actually need help with.
We can spend our time wherever it will be most useful to you.
Posing + Directing: Creating natural movement, giving direction that actually makes sense to clients, getting more variety, and figuring out what to do when something just isn't working.
Lighting + Shooting: Natural light, studio lighting, camera settings, composition, working with different bodies and spaces, or simply figuring out how I approach a session from start to finish.
Editing: Workflow, black + whites, skin tones, retouching, creating consistency, or pulling apart an image you're struggling with to figure out why it doesn't feel right.
Client Experience: Everything from the first inquiry to preparing clients, running the session, image reveals, albums, delivery, and creating an experience people actually want to tell their friends about.
Pricing + Sales: Collections, pricing, payment plans, ordering appointments, handling objections, and finding a sales process that doesn't make you feel like you suddenly work at a used-car dealership.
Marketing + Business: Website copy, social media, inquiries that aren't converting, attracting the right clients, messaging, workflows—or whatever part of running a photography business currently has you questioning all of your life choices.
And if what you need isn't on this list? Ask me. There's a pretty good chance I've dealt with it at some point.

HOW THIS WORKS
No curriculum. No homework. No information you don't actually need.
Before we meet, you'll tell me a little about where you are, what you're struggling with, and what you'd like to walk away knowing.
From there, we'll build our time around that.
Virtual Mentoring: Perfect for business questions, pricing, marketing, editing, websites, client experience, portfolio reviews, or anything we can dig into together from our computers.
In-Studio Mentoring: Come work with me in the studio when you want hands-on help with posing, lighting, shooting, directing, or seeing how I approach a session in real time.
A Little of Everything: Not totally sure what you need? That's okay too. Show me your work, tell me what's frustrating you, and we'll figure out where your biggest opportunities are together.
You don't have to show up knowing exactly what to ask. That's kind of the point.
MENTORSHIP OPTIONS + PRICING
Choose what makes sense for what you want to work on.
You don't need a long-term commitment or a giant package to work with me. Book the kind of help you need, for as much time as you need it.
One-on-One Mentoring — $325/hour
Available virtually or in-studio, with a two-hour minimum. Bring your questions, your work, your website, your pricing, your editing struggles, your business problems—or whatever else you want another set of experienced eyes on.
Live-Shoot Mentoring — starting at $999
Want to actually shoot together? We'll work with a live model so you can see how I approach lighting, posing, directing, and problem-solving in real time—and you'll also get behind the camera and do it yourself. Sessions start at 90 minutes, and I'll provide the model unless there's someone specific you'd like to photograph.
You'll also be able to use the images you create for your own portfolio.

If you know you have a lot you want to dig into, purchase seven hours of one-on-one mentoring upfront and I'll add an eighth hour on me.
